An Exciting Valentines Day

HI Guys! So I finally got this all figured out-Fran, you are the best! Glad to hear you are feeling better. Dan and I have had a very exciting February. We went out for dinner for valentines day, figuring that we would do just something small since we're going to Bar Harbor ME in July and would like to take a little more spending money then. Well, Sunday morning I got up to let Lucy(our dog) outside and I heard water gushing coming from the basement. So I ran down the stairs and I had a small river in my basement-thank gosh it's an old South Buffalo house and the basements aren't that great to begin with! So I ran back up two flights of stairs and woke Dan up. Needless to say, we went and got each other a Tankless water heater for valentines day!
